This vicinity was always cleaned and well maintained however, when bringing my items from the facility into my home, there became a heavy spider infestation and each, and every box was full of mouse droppings. Including a mouse on the floor, dead.

kenneth L | Overall ExperienceWe paid. For climate controlled storage for seven years to store fine art and furniture. There was a wall leak and paintings molded as well as furniture. We attempted to show the staff the wet wall and roof leak and learn how to file a claim on over $10000 of art. He said it wasn’t his responsibility and that he did not need to see the locker leak or the damage and told us to find the insurance online. I asked if it could be found on the app or the Uhaul website and he said no to find it myself with Google. Our experience had been so good up to that point. But we drove 90 miles and paid a premium for seven years to have our art stored in a climate controlled environment.
