My only complaint with minor was that anyone could access the building during open hours. There were constantly homeless/questionable people going in and out of the unit to look at the “free” stuff by the front doors. Which felt unsafe during later hours. I wish you needed an access card to get in at all times.

TYLER N | Overall ExperienceCommunication between customer service the actual pick up centers and the indoor storage along with the online application and website need to be synchronized there is a lot wrong info like hours of operation and precisely what deems a one way reservation for the qualifying one month storage because i was told i was getting a 10 ft truck which would have qualified me instead i have a 15 ft and now i have to pay for the storage when inline it stated i was covered. Other than that it was one of the best businesses ive dealt with. 1 to 10 scale id say 8.5. thanks
