ADRIAN L | First ImpressionsWell .... I specifically mentioned I needed a climate controlled unit. I needed a large unit . They said they didn't have any large units. I settled for two small units, then needed a third one. Upon arrival the girl first name started with a J, was not friendly and she was the one that I spoke to on the phone about my needs and she did not reserve a climate controlled unit. Fortunately they had some available.

The gate had been in an upright position for a few days at this time and since I had no rental insurance my items were lost. There need to be cameras inside for better safety.
