ADRIAN L | First ImpressionsWell .... I specifically mentioned I needed a climate controlled unit. I needed a large unit . They said they didn't have any large units. I settled for two small units, then needed a third one. Upon arrival the girl first name started with a J, was not friendly and she was the one that I spoke to on the phone about my needs and she did not reserve a climate controlled unit. Fortunately they had some available.

The gate had been in an upright position for a few days at this time and since I had no rental insurance my items were lost. There need to be cameras inside for better safety.

Jennifer R | Overall ExperienceThis quite possibly is the most poorly run establishment I have ever come across. Numerous times, I’ve been lied to by this location and given deceptive information regarding pricing, promotions, and amenities offered within the storage facility. There’s absolutely no reason that this temperature and climate controlled facility should be kept on the line of what is allowable by contract, at 85°. There is a 20° allowable range, from 65° to 85°. 85° is hot enough, but when the temperature rises above that (as it frequently does, and I have complained about several times), it becomes egregious, unsafe, and a violation of my contract. Most recently, I spoke to Jasmine regarding the storage facility being over 100°. This is not the first time that I have spoken to Management about the temperature being above 85°, nor is it the only issue. I have also spoken to Management several times regarding the gate, which has been broken for the entirety of the time that I had my storage unit. This has allowed unfettered access to the facility for outsiders, nefarious, figures, and the unhoused population. When I asked if additional security measures would be implemented due to the broken gate (another feature I paid for, but did not receive), I was told that the facility has no cameras, and that the only security would be the on-site technician. This experience is unacceptable. I paid $60 per month to receive a service that was far below what I paid for. I reached out to the general manager Jasmine to attempt to receive a refund for the month of July, due to the clear contract violations. However, Jasmine remained tone, deaf, and failed to remedy the issue at hand. Instead, Jasmine made excuses about having never heard about the air conditioning being subpar, and about her being just as frustrated as myself regarding the gate. I still expect a full refund from U-Haul for the month of July.
