Bathroom disgusting and never has toilet paper. Could barely open and close storage unit door- tracks are sticky. Tow truck driver couldn’t access my gar that broke down inside the gate because when he entered my code it said “try again during business hours” even though I pay for 24 hour access. Got locked out of the storage building multiple times with no reimbursement or compensation. Broken door handle. Terrible experience. Can’t wait to get my things out of there.

Joy C | Overall ExperienceJazmin was consistently rude and completely unhelpful. The way U-Haul structures its policies feels intentionally designed to squeeze money out of customers. My rent was raised without any warning, which is unacceptable. Honestly, I would have been better off throwing all my belongings away than wasting thousands of dollars on your facility. I will never return, and I will absolutely not recommend this sorry excuse for a company to anyone. Good riddance.
brianna h | Overall ExperienceSometimes the outside lighting doesn't work. They also allow homeless to live in the storage units and if you go late evening or at night time it's super sketchy, both inside and out, as people are living in the air conditioned inside units as well as in the outside units. One guy has a car with an exhaust system modification so he doesn't get CO2 poisioning. It's a bit much and very uncomfortable if you are there alone. As far as the move out process, it was relatively smooth. I would not rent a unit in this facilty again, until they get these issues resovled, and I don't recommend it.
