How U-Haul Reviews WorkStaff was often difficult to reach. They were rarely able to answer the phone because they were too busy. Every time I would go in person there were several customers waiting because only one person was on shift. When I finally reached the employee, they were curteous and kind but the poor guy seemed stretched thin. During my rental period the air conditioner broke at least 3 times. My card was accidentally deactivated once and it was a huge pain to get everything corrected. I will not use UHaul storage again and I will actively try to persuade people to avoid UHaul storage.
Morgan L | Overall ExperienceI really felt right at home and comfortable with my storage unit Raymond the general manager and his staff were always tremendously available for me and I commend them on helping me in a time that I was moving it was that big storm last year and Raymond and his team were very helpful even help me in the rain cover me up with like a box so I wouldn't get so wet and just more than five stars so I just want to thank them for the tremendous service I've ever received since I lived in Arizona and I'm a transplant so thank you for your service!!!

You made me move from my unit into a bigger unit because you said you were making it climate controlled which you never did. You continually raised my rent and complained about me having two locks on my unit. You cut my lock off then refused to pay me for the cost of the lock saying that it was in my contract that I couldn’t have 2 locks. I never signed any type of a contract with your company when you took over.
