I was renting here for several years before your company took over. You made me move from my unit into a bigger unit because you said you were making it climate controlled which you never did. You continually raised my rent and complained about me having two locks on my unit. You cut my lock off then refused to pay me for the cost of the lock saying that it was in my contract that I couldn’t have 2 locks. I never signed any type of a contract with your company when you took over.

There was water all over the lock when I picked it up and I am not confident that the unit will keep the moisture off of my property. There was also a large poisonous rodent trap in the unit. I just submitted the request for move out.
