Only negatives were : snow had blown around the edge of the closed door and onto some of the furniture . Mice droppings were in some boxes that were packed clean shortly before put in the storage unit.

Amy L | Overall ExperienceWe were unable to access the storage unit at 5:45pm to unload the rental truck, no one online could help us. We don’t know what to do as we have a full load and can’t get into the compound where our storage unit is. Very upset as it’s going to rain tomorrow and we were supposed to have the truck returned by 9:30 Monday morning.

nancy k | Overall ExperienceThe manager Tracy Ward is absolutely excellent to deal with… whe she’s on duty, but to deal with the assistant manager without Tracey being around is excruciating. He goes out of his way to be rude and accommodating, finding it amusing it would appear to further stress an already stressful situation! I booked a truck for 10 am on July 28/25, by the time I got the truck at 11am I was told to have it back by 8am whereas it was booked for someone else. This reservation was made three weeks ago! How did a truck I had reserved in advance get double booked and why was I charged full price when the truck was returned just 4 hours later???? I reserved a 20ft Uhaul truck through Tracy weeks prior and a dolly, I was told by the assistant manager that “ you can book from us but if someone else comes in with cash, that overrides your reservation” This would NEVER have been the experience if Tracy had been working at the time. I have committed to using Uhaul to hold our household belongings I Bible Hill until we can get relocated to Alberta, but it is highly unlikely I will ever use the service again.

Damond O | Overall ExperienceCould not access the site with with a large 80 foot truck. Entrance blocked for a truck this size with containers. Staff was helpful and alternate method was found, if lockers had not been available close to where truck could get in, it would have been very difficult to complete the move. The truck could only get partially on to the site
