Staff was prompt and even helped me start the logistics of unloading/detaching trailer prior to open. Also, I had trouble fitting Uhaul in a spot to allow for an easy move in. The staff helped me with this which was 100% a huge help and greatly appreciated. The only prevention from “5” star, would be if hours were extended slightly. At least for spring/summer, hours modified for sun up to sun down.

I was very impressed with the staff at this facility. they were very accommodating during the snow storm and I appreciate all that they did to assist me. I especially want to send a special thank you and recognition to Michael Kafant the general manager. I can definitely see why he is a general manager he was very professional in every contact with him and had an amazing mannerism. He was able to handle several task while everything around him seemed chaotic. He is an amazing asset to the UHAUL organization and I again want to recognize him for his patience, professionalism and just his kindness make my move so much better and not let me also mention how KNOWLEDEABLE he is. again GREAT asset and I do hope that UHAUL will share this with the team at the Peen Randall place location. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!
