William M | Overall ExperienceAs Trustee of my parents estate, I chose this facility to rent two lockers for two beneficiaries. Upon vacancy of one beneficiary items, I was able to sign and close the locker I had rented in my name. Upon the exit of the second beneficiary, a new staff member allowed that beneficiaries adult child to sign and close this locker that was rented to me, without my knowledge. It wasn’t until I attempted to pay another months rent that I found I had no rental lockers on file. This created a lot of confusion and had to drive to the location and verify what had happened. The end result turned out ok but, someone that was not on my lease should not have been able to sign for and close my lease. The problem lies with training new personnel since this could have turned out disastrous involving property estate distributions driven by court orders.
