Staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. I always felt safe and secure there as well as my mom's belongings being safe. Loved that the storage was inside a building. The alarm is obnoxious but I am sure you already know that, lol.

This storage space in Victor, NY revived our faith in uhaul. Our previous space in Worcester MA was robbed repeatedly, they were difficult and rude. We had to have the manager at this location call to get them to close our last account after repeated messages. Not to mention the 19 phone calls, 3 locations, a customer service representative hanging up on us for 1 out of state truck rental. We were called 4 hours into the next state and they called to tell us our tow was unsafe. No response from anyone at uhaul management for the absolutely abhorrent costly experience we had with uhaul in MA. Thank goodness for Mackenzie and her team or we would never have anything good to say. Still disgusted by how we were treated after 5 plus truck rentals and almost 2 plus year of storage. We have spent thousands of dollars and you caused us pain suffering and a huge loss of family collectibles and art. Shame on you

It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be using this service and accommodations in the future. Being able to rent a truck and store items where we are returning the rental truck made the experience very efficient.

I knew it was a short term issue for our family, so we kept the split units but it was pretty inconvenient and I’m shocked that I did not receive a phone call about it.

I’m unsure how or why this really happened. I was told that it was because they didn’t have the unit chosen as an online check in choice, but that was not clearly stated and when I received a text to do it online, why would I think that would make a difference in what unit I was given? I’m super disappointed and not sure I will keep my stuff here after this month. Which makes more work for us now, and is very frustrating

If there was access through the rear of the building that would not be nearly as bad. We went into it with our eyes open so it wasn’t their fault at all. Thanks!
Merrick S | Overall ExperienceAfter completing on line check in process and providing photos of drivers license multiple times I had to register at the desk and go through the exact same process with photos. Also, no explanation was previously provided about having to use two different keypads to enter the facility and then the facility keypad required me to enter the code 3 times before it worked. If you offer a 24/7 virtual check in process then the tools you need to use to do the checkin in need to work.
