Alan K | Overall ExperienceTold them I needed an extension for 2 more days. They tried to run a 4 day extension. I transferred only enough funds for a 2 day extension so the payment went pending for a day then returned. Uhaul wasted no time in embarrassing me by having the truck repoed while I stopped for lunch. No call from them to tell me the payment didn’t go through. Then they kept my stuff located in the truck and claimed they didn’t know where it had ended up. Sickening and embarrassing.
