She didn't have to do it, but becsuse it was raining she decided to help. That was really nice of her. I forgot to ask her name, but she did handed me her managers business card just in case I will be needing a truck in the future.
Mila L | First ImpressionsWater leaked from the roof into my unit in early 2024, molding some of my items. I was told they would get a guy onto the roof to examine but I never heard anything in the year after through when I moved out. I appreciate management working with me on my move-out but wish someone would've followed up with me about the leak/compensation.
Pam F | Overall ExperienceThe lady that checked me in was helpful. When I ask her questions she also gave me an apt. To look at for upon me asking her but things got difficult wen it was time for me to go unload my truck. The gate wouldn't open i don't have a key fob to get in and out if needed. It's more id have to talk to someone about the rest.
cortez s | First ImpressionsUhaul has given me the worst storage experience I ever had my furniture in their storage for over 2 years it was like a couple of months that I first had the storage off of Watson boulevard I found out it was leaking in the storage so what they did they gave me an option to move my furniture somewhere else to another location I was fine with it I told the manager of the location on Watson boulevard that I want to be present when they moved my furniture she had a moving company to move my furniture out of the storage so I didn't get no call I didn't get nothing when I went down there to look in my furniture majority of my stuff were gone so I went to the office and I asked him about it they told me nobody didn't mess with my furniture which I know what I had in there and it wasn't nothing in the new storage that I had in the first stores that I had All my stuff was gone had a little furniture everyone denied that somebody gotten my stuff I know how much furniture I had in there and everything I was so disappointed and hurt because I was thinking that the people was there you know was friendly talking to me all the time and it was just when my friend you got missing everybody attitude was different toward me and everything and then they still write me saying that I owe them some money and I don't have all of my furniture but they still want to get some money out of me I would never in my life rent for this company ever again I really hate that it had to come to this but I knew what I had in my storage and all of my stuff was gone
