Tyler R | Online Move InThe lady we first helped us was rude. I let her know we called the store to set up storage but was transferred because the store didn't answer. She proceeded to tell us we always need to speak with someone at the location as the people on the phone don't always have the correct information. I had to add another storage unit and that individual was helpful. When we went to leave we wanted to ask if we could leave the U-haul truck at that location vs driving it 30 minutes away. We waited maybe 5 minutes as no one was inside. We started talking to the individuals ahead of us and they had been waiting for 15 min with no-one coming inside to assist them so we left.
