I reserved a unit online- then went in storage like the website said, I was told they didn't the unit size available. They gave me a much smaller unit and now my stuff does not fit. Very frustrating

The building itself is clean, secure, and well-lit, but more important the U-Haul employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful--and patient, too, as I learned when I accidentally neglected to shut my storage unit door properly. Five stars all around, no complaints at all.
