John A | Overall ExperienceI was not expecting to have 2 separate units for the 5x10x10 space. We are doing a home Reno and not sure this configuration is going to fit some of my items. In addition, I’ve made 2 trips and disarmed my units before entering and both times the alarms have gone off. I called for help as I didn’t have anything to break the zip tie with and nobody answered the call. Finally, one of the units is on the corner and has 2 doors but only one lock was provided. Overall, the experience has not been what I anticipated. I initially entered the wrong door, but I did appreciate the older gentleman that helped me find the correct location, told me about arming and disarming the alarms, and also helped me find my unit on the map.

Facility was clean, well lit and inside with the perfect temperature for moving. And the staff at my location are amazing. Gionni is one of the best managers I've ever worked with at any type of retail environment.
