She made the whole process go smoothly and wanted to help in anyway she could. Also, she did all this while the store was just starting up and getting boxes, tape, locks and all the other things the store needed! If I needed to have another storage unit I wouldn’t hesitate to go U-Haul Webster ( as long as Marilyn was there!)

ERIN O | First ImpressionsMarylin does a good job of keeping an eye on what’s going on and assuring the facility is clean and secure. The bathrooms are clean and an excellent convenience. The keyless entry made it very convenient to enter the site and the building. The environmental control was always in the prescribed range and comfortable. The elevators are large and well padded. They have many carts available. The prices are very reasonable. If boxes or packing material was needed they’re available in their onsite store. I highly recommend this storage community.
