The facilities were excellent and the move in and out process was simple and easy. The staff were great especially the kid who works weekdays in the afternoons. I didn’t catch his name but he was quite helpful and deserves a raise.

Instead of sending me an email to which I could have responded, they texted me. I disconnected that number & provider since it was tied to so much back home. I wanted to pay off the balance but they said it was to late and the unit was sold for $5. This was belongs from my parents house with them passing away..photos, funeral stuff, and even my baby book!! Think the office handled this like garbage!! Taking a promotion and working with a .major corporate company coming from Minnesota, I will not be referring anyone. Thank you.
