The staff at the Williamsport, PA location were absolutely the best. Very professional and very helpful. I was super happy when the manager allowed for a discount on first month's rental of one of the units I rented. That was helpful to the pocketbook and very much appreciated. Thank you, Tyler!!! Counter staff was fantastic and I felt confident to rent in a newer building location because of the extra security measures and the interior parking to load and unload. Also like the fact that all of the doors in the new facility are roll up doors not conventional doors. Much easier to access items and move things around in the unit. 10 Stars!!!!!!!
