Way too expensive..

Manager Tyler is terrible and you guys really need to watch how many’s times and how and what time you contact a customer to collect money. I’ve got several times he contacts me 3 times in a day and breaks all kinds of udap and fdcpa laws. They don’t answer the phone either.

I was given incorrect instructions for my "code" after a phone call to the main office and it took me almost 30 minutes to figure it out. Once in though, we were able to get the truck unloaded and returned on time.
JONATHAN S | First ImpressionsThe rates have been raised just about every quarter since UHAUL took it over and if you are late with payment the late fee is ridiculous at 27.99 after only five days. You change the rates so frequently that it is not feasible for the common person to be able to afford to use your facilities. Would never recommend your facility to anyone.
