I would have continued with a unit but rates kept increasing every few months. Being on a fixed income it became too much.

Facility on commerce park drive in Williamsport is run down, poorly lit and doesn't seem very safe

Manager Tyler is terrible and you guys really need to watch how many’s times and how and what time you contact a customer to collect money. I’ve got several times he contacts me 3 times in a day and breaks all kinds of udap and fdcpa laws. They don’t answer the phone either.

I was given incorrect instructions for my "code" after a phone call to the main office and it took me almost 30 minutes to figure it out. Once in though, we were able to get the truck unloaded and returned on time.
