Then when I left and check out, it would say my door was open even though it was closed and locked. I asked employees to have it fixed twice. It never was.

We were in a very stressful situation with a tight deadline—my 82-year-old mother needed surgery in Florida, and we had to drive all the way from Williston, North Dakota, to be there for her. Dylan went above and beyond to help us make that possible. He personally coordinated with other customers and arranged the drop-off timing for the toy hauler we needed, ensuring everything worked out perfectly so we could stay on schedule. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a world of difference during a difficult time. The entire U-Haul team deserves recognition as well—James and Desi were always pleasant, courteous, and helpful whenever we stopped by. You can tell they all take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Dylan’s work ethic is beyond professional, especially in the way he calmly and respectfully handles every type of customer, even those who may not be so polite. U-Haul is lucky to have him leading their Williston location. I highly recommend this team to anyone in need of reliable, compassionate, and top-notch service.
