I was supposed to have this trailer delivered to Dickinson, not Williston. I had to drive 2 hours to get it to deliver my vehicle. It says that on my initial reservation. That was not appreciated.

The box where the key should be dropped into was completely broken.

The young lady in Williston did not have a clue what she was doing. My contract said to drop it off at a U-Haul in my home town in Texas. The email I received said to take it to a City in Texas 500 miles from my home? If it is not dropped off where they say, I have to pay a fine. I talked to 10 different people at the 800 number before getting this fixed. Come on people this should not be this hard and time consuming!!

The check in was awesome, but after having the equipment later in the day I was called 7 times and received 3 voicemails asking when was I bringing the equipment back or do I have an estimated time. I found this to be harassment, rude and very unprofessional. The guy was such a butt hole because I could not give him a time to give to another customer who reserved the truck for the next day. The guy begin to argue with me so I hung up. I would never recommend anyone to this place to have to deal with such harassment

Nice location and everyone has been friendly and helpful.

staff was pleasant and helpful. Equipment had the one incorrect tire (not a car-hauler tire) which blew out on the highway. Trailer tires are specific to the purpose and putting a whatever-is-handy on is not acceptable. Failure on the equipment maintenance.

The trailer that we were given had a loose wire in its tail lights. After driving about 1000 miles my vehicle lost its rear lights due to a blown fuse. I was forced to stop on Thanksgiving day because I couldn't get anyone to look at it & I still had 1200 miles to go. I was forced to spend money on a hotel that we could not afford. We ended up keeping the trailer for an extra day, which we were not charged for, which was entirely the correct way to handle the situation but the hotel ex pense is what irritates me at this point.
