My storage got broke into. I told manager who didn't report it. Employees are NOT trained to help anyone. Had money taken without being told. The whole experience was ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend to anyone
Tabitha P | Overall ExperienceI was charged a month rent without authorization and complained and no one responded to the complaint other than the person who charged me. I moved out of the unit and a staff called to check if I moved. I clarified I needed the storage unit longer as I was moving more stuff stored. The unit was closed and I paid rent for all of May. Very disappointed.

Bobbi J | First ImpressionsWhile the facility did the job. The cancel process is a bit much. I cleaned the unit, on the 31st. I was only storing a car. I attempted to close my account with multiple calls to the local office. I then spoke with a rep from the 800 number. They left a message with the local office no return call. I continued to call. No answer. I finally got a person, who was new. She explained the situation and her manager would contact. I waited and contacted myself. I was told the account is closed. I then checked my credit card and was charged for a month and a late fee. I called back, was told the manager was out. And I they would call me back. 24 hours later, still waiting. As of now, I wouldn't recommend. It's not my fault the office is unreachable.

They even let me clean out my unit and take my belongings. I was behind over 2 months in payment and I didn't expect to be able to do this but they were polite and more than helpful.
