The general manager Amanda L. Is rude and unhelpful. She is very abrasive and acts as though helping customers is a burden. She gets nasty quickly and with no reason. I will never use U-Haul again and if i ever have choice it will not be at the location.

Joy M | Overall ExperienceI went twice in four days and encountered the elevator being broken. Since the elevator is vital to moving items this is not acceptable. To me it is a management issue. Maintenance is obviously lacking. It also is not very clean and I am aware there were people living in at least one unit.
