Anthony J | Overall ExperienceMassive U-haul and storage facility with only 1 employee on duty to perform every task of the facility. About 45 minute wait time for service with the lone employee working diligently without any way to keep up given the rental check outs, rental check ins, storage unit, retail counter, and telephone business.

Earniece Y | First ImpressionsI am still unpacking and picking dead mice out of my boxes and Rubbermaid totes it destroyed all of my build a bears that I was saving for my granddaughter. It got into my clothes. It ate one of my chair arms. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I am paid through December 7 so I still have time to come in and finish cleaning all the mouse turds out of my unit and return my locking keys
