SHARON S | Online Move InI wanted to thank everyone at this location. The parking lot and all surrounding areas were clean. The waiting room was cool inviting and clean. They had a truck available for me right after I checked out. And when I was done moving, it was easy access to my storage unit And what made it even better was being able to back the van into the garage that was air-conditioned. Once again everybody was professional, and my experience was awesome.
SHAWN H | First ImpressionsWe had rat/mouse pee and poop on our stuff when we went to move out. I understand that isn't entirely controlable, just a bit frustrating. Mainly, the price was very expensive for the size of unit.

Leslie J | Overall ExperienceLet someone rent a unit in my name that wasn't me, without my signature. Called me every time this person I didn't authorize to open an account in my name was late on a payment. Surely that isn't legal?
Amber K | Overall ExperienceThe staff and customer service is abysmal. They called me a theif for asking if I could cut the lock on my own unit. They lost one of my uboxes, delivery was late, had to pay for movers twice due to their scheduling conflict, and they charged me for an empty box. They lost a box and charged me for an extra at the same time. Refunded for extra box but not for inconvenience. Did not pay for movers even though their schedule is reason I had too. We were on the schedule just no one cane.
