Betty L | Overall ExperienceA little tough for me to say something nice right now other than! Samantha at the front counter was fabulous. Fabulous fabulous 20 stars not 10! The elevator is broken and it makes it very hard to move when you don’t have an elevator and you’re on the second floor. I know the GM there is getting it fixed and I hope it’s done by 6 o’clock because I gotta get moving. Other than that great location great people thank you for all that you guys do.

john f | Overall ExperienceThe ONLY problem I have with U-Haul is the online access is terrible. The Storage unit was very good. Easy access. Large elevator. 5 or 6 carts to choose from. Halls were clean and well lit. The storage unit itself did not have a light. The light came from hall lights. Would definitely use this facility again if I had a storage need. Very convenient. Very secure. The keypad check in process was easy if you remember your code. You must enter your code a second time when leaving. Great way to track who comes and leaves the facility
