I was given a unit where a homeless person was outside the unit he rented across from mine. Couldn't go into my unit because of fear from this person that you could tell was mentally unstable. When I went to pay the rent apparently the guy in the office knew who he was but couldn't tell him anything because he pays for his storage. So he would hang around that unit all day and keep banging the metal door. Like I say he was on drugs or something more serious. I did pay late fees and everything else. I will definitely not recommend this place. Also when I left after paying the two guys in the office laughing before I closed the door. No respect whatsoever. The unit also had mice.

Although, they quickly made the change and provided me what I needed…. They accidentally cut off my lock for they thought I was a different person’s storage. They notified me and put another lock in and asked me to go to the office to pick the key up….

ABRAHAM H | Overall ExperienceThe unit had a post in the middle of the space. I could not use it so I moved elsewhere in a day. Staff was helpful in returning my charge but your dispatch should know not to recommend storage there. The isles are very narrow, had to manipulate a 20’ truck back and forth to make each isles corner. Clearly why the posts on corners of beds are heavily damaged. Poor lighting, and doors extremely damaged. This place is a tear down not worthy of remodel.
