HARLAN L. | Overall ExperienceVery much appreciated the free month with truck rental. Renting process was easy. Just a couple suggestions. It would be nice if the entrance card swipe machine were placed on a post away from the gate so you could swipe without getting out of the vehicle. Also there was no clear way to terminate without going into the store. Would be nice if that could be done over the phone or online without having to download an app.
