Sonia won’t help at all. Also it doesn’t do any good to contact her superior, Shawn cause he’ll take her word and side with her. Sonia is very nonchalant with some and others come in and it’s like she turns into a whole different person. The staff is the only reason I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE! U-Haul offers you a free storage unit for 30 days if you rent a truck, so yes I took full advantage of it and wanted my things out by the end of the 30 days. Shawn is the director of marketing and I contacted him for some assistance since Sonia refused, and he said he couldn’t help me (cause I went a couple of days over due to a loss in my family)cause it seemed like I was trying to avoid paying for the storage room. Like that was totally off and WILL be reported higher as well as a BBB report. I will report Sonia and Shawn and I have a text message as proof of his defamatory comment.
