Mike C | Overall ExperienceThe elevator always had problems over the last 3 years and was finally at the end of last year was inspected. I was locked in the stairwell once and my husband was stuck in the elevator. Current, management is doing somewhat of a better job. But, it shouldn’t have taken three years to get issues addressed.

KIMBERLY M | Overall ExperienceThe storage provided the service of a place to store my stuff. However maybe my exceptions were too high when it came to keeping rodents out. I had two units and both of which I had to throw away a few items due to rodent damage. There were rat turds on everything! I will state there were rodent traps in both of the units but they did not help obviously. The 1st site manager was a very good guy, he was always friendly and helpful and easy to locate. When new management came in it was completely different. Even the employees that were there under the previous manger were gone they were just as friendly. The new employees not so much and seemed much more bothered and honestly lazy.

roberto m | Overall ExperienceI thought I had 24 hour access but when I moved out, the security system wouldn’t let me inside after 10pm. I’m sure it was just a glitch because everything else was great. Except, there was one time that I was there and a lady from U-Haul was testing the alarm on every single unit and it was very uncomfortable and I had to leave. I inquired about this and was told it had to be done right then. Maybe there would be a time that it could be done that’s not during 9 to 5.

TAMMY C | Overall ExperienceEverything was what was described to me when I went to inquire about the rental. I also rented a truck. They didn't have a truck available when i went to pick it up. Amy made sure I got a truck. It was specifically for out of town trips only,but since they didn't have mine available, She gave me one of those. Also This facility the first time I've been given a lock to go with the rental. That helped a lot because i had forgot to bring one with me.😊

Manuela D | First ImpressionsI was not aware the facility was not 24/7 access. When I purchased the unit, there was no option for me to buy the limited access which made my move in experience worse. I was moving from DFW so by the time we were back in Waco it was an hour before closing time. Providing the option to buy the limited access or making it known when you purchase is very important.
