I recently rented a 15-foot U-Haul truck and a storage unit, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was smooth and efficient. A huge shoutout to Dinson, Grace, and Shon for their excellent customer service. Each of them was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. They made sure I understood all the rental details, walked me through the truck and storage unit setup, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my moving needs. The storage unit was also clean and easily accessible. Thanks again to the whole team—especially Dinson, Grace, and Shon—for making what could have been a stressful day feel so manageable. Highly recommend this U-Haul location!

andres a | Overall ExperiencePay over priced, security system that does not work, always dirty and doors broken. Staff were never helpful but even irritated when you brought issues to their attention and lied about offering u box’s when we initially moved with u haul which sent us half way across town to retrieve our things rather than the 10 mins from the location we chose. Had great success with other u haul locations across Canada in the past but this one is by far my worst experience yet, decided to go with bluebird after so many issues.

SEBASTIAN W | First ImpressionsThe storage facility and staff - great! The rental truck - not good at all - multiple engine lights on and that is not acceptable when renting a vehicle. Staff was advised but of course I didn't expect them to be able to fix anything.
Sandy B | Overall ExperienceMy storage paddock was removed without my consent while my keys was with me. I bought the paddock with the keys and fix the paddock my self. As at the day I was picking my items, no body could answer to what happened to my paddock. My items are so much that I can't place what is missing. I complained and the manager Din promised that they will call me back in 48hours it's a month and no one called . Bad service experience, I will not recommend this storage 6315 SE.
