John A | Overall ExperienceMy main gripe is how difficult it is to move in, had I been aware of the situation I’d be put in, I would have chosen another storage business. It was chaos, there were too many people moving in and out, not enough carts or parking, elevators were busy and packed, the typing in a code every time the door closed was a nuisance or the bay door closing on us repeatedly and dangerously really delayed us and how much time it took. I would recommend scheduling move ins maybe to navigate that unpleasant and frustrating experience for people, everyone we talked to seemed equally frustrated.
Shianne C | First ImpressionsThe storage was excellent, but what I did not like is that the store took my TV box and put it back for sale instead of leaving it for the use of other people that may need it. That was the reason I left it in the store in a dedicated place for other people to use. When I asked if I get any money back for the TV box, they said NO, however it was good for them to put it back and made money again for the same item. That was very shameful

Deanna H | Overall ExperienceThe staff are excellent, warm andnpersonable. We had to call the Manager one time after hours and she was excellent and we’ve rented trucks from this location as well and Bliss and her staff are always friendly and provide awesome customer service, going the extra mile.

Stephen N | Overall ExperienceThe registration part was good. Directions were given as to how the place worked then I was on my own. It was a very busy place. The sign in code entry system was not really clear upon having to use it with so many people around loading/unloading blocking access to the three machines. The large elevator was unclear on operation. Operating instructions saying please wait 30 second for doors to close would help. I did find my storage locker. And slowly understood how everything worked. A tour of the place would have helped out so much better for first impressions.
