There were huge problems which were through no fault of the facility employees. The computer system was not functioning and was apparently not well designed for.the application. (I am a former systems analyst). At this point, I must still return to the facility to complete a successful sign-in.

ADRIAN G | First ImpressionsI had issues on day one with the roll up door. It was able to be pushed in from the side opposite the lock, because the track is barely held on by two remaining bolts. I understand these units are old, but I was told I would at least get a phone call to take a look at it, but that didn’t happen. Honestly my experience was otherwise pleasant, I just didn’t like the idea that the door was not secure, cameras or not.

Now I was of the understanding that I would receive any dates of funds refunded even I didn't empty my unit on the 14th. As I emptied my storage unit on the previous date 07 01 2025 I believed I should receive a refund 0f 13 days. I was previously told by one of your employees when I first moved in on a week ago I would be refunded any days I was not storing anything there.
