I have made 2 reservations in the last 2 weeks. Both reservations have been moved to another location. At $1.09 a mile combined this will add about $40 to the rental cost. Not happy. If you don't have the vehicle available don't take the reservation and I will make other plans. Or is this on purpose? Also I was told a 2 5/16" hitch would be available. No hitch at all was available.
