The U-Hual dealer’s yard was clean/organized, maneuvering/hooking up was safe and convenient. The dealers Inventory was clean, in excellent road worthy condition. The dealer made the hookup in a timely/safe manner, verifying all lighting/braking/signals were Operable and safe/good for travel. A Well Satisfied experience. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone needing the use of U-Haul rental equipment. MKW

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was convenient to our hotel, but it was at a gravel parking lot -- so the outside of the truck was dusty. Kevin was super and even gave his personal number in case it was needed for anything. Kevin had ability and most importantly availability. He went above and beyond to ensure a great rental experience.
Joseph PWas a shirt in the rear of the truck, the inside of the cab had a puddle of water under the passenger seat. The Original Roswell location lost the truck I was supposed to have. Sat there for an hour just to tell me to drive an additional 2 hours just to start my move.
