Make sure the equipment you rent is actually available before charging for it. This location has too much going on and i understand it's a convenience store but with multiple employees they still kept interrupting doing our rental to check out customers or do store paperwork. It seemed as if we were a bother and it took almost an hour to just get the truck

Marks CThe food mart was fine no big complaints. The first location however was a complete joke. No one was on site, no one answered the phone, and when I left a voicemail for the owner to call me back, he instead called citgo to arrange a new pickup but never notified me at all. When I got the truck at the citgo, there was another guy picking up a truck and had nothing. It negative things to say. The places name was Gordon county storage.
Paul FMy only complaint is I rented it for 24 hours and was charged for two days. I got it at 9 am and brought it back the next day at 9am. That’s not right
