How U-Haul Reviews WorkAfter hours when truck was returned
James CFor starters, you can make a descriptive location for keys. They are not in the truck.
STACY DSo here's my complaint- overall my experience with the truck was very good, it was clean, drove good etc. The problem was that in picking up the truck Sunday morning at the middle branch auto care, was that the shop was closed with nothing hinting to needing to use the app to pick it up. The nice lady I talked to on Saturday also didn't mention that I needed to use the app to get the keys to the truck. The owner of the shop did leave his cell phone number which I called to ask how to do it, which is dare say he wasn't all to happy to be called 8 am on a Sunday morning in the middle of his vacation. Im not complaining about the app, once I knew i needed that it was straight forward, HOWEVER, knowing that I needed to use the app upon arrival would have been extremely helpful.
Jacob LNo where to park, busted cars all over the place. No one greeted us, the lockbox was rusted shut, it was hard to open it.
