The owner was not there had to wait over an hour outside for her to get to the store. She double charged me for the trip I called U-Haul they don’t know anything I will never order from there again. Poor I will rate them a zero.

Literally dropped the truck off in a grass field next to a building that I could not really identify as a U-Haul vendor. Then we had to hunt for the key drop box. Once you see the orange you know that it is the key drop box. But maybe a sign at the edge of the building as you walk up informing you that the key drop box is this way? No lighting. Not set up for a 24 hour drop location.
Chris WThis facility is not suitable to run business like this. I had a bad experience. There is no office or any kind of customer support. Please don’t select this facility if you are expecting traditional service.
