BERNARDO Breserved truck ,pads, and appliance dolly. reservation accepted. location changed by u-haul by phone one week later, confirmed truck, pads, and appliance dolly at that location at time. called day before rental re. informed truck told i had to go to another location for pads and appliance cart. was once again confirmed at that time. showed up to pick up equipment got truck, filthy cab and inside box, check engine light on for most of rental period. got to location for pads and appliance cart which was confirmed the day before. no appliance cart. 2nd terrible experience with u-haul in a couple of weeks. will mention on social media and use another company from now on. u-haul just lost a long term client.
william hThe pick up was fast. The communication from the staff about pick up and drop off procedure was kept to a minimum. The truck was filthy. The cupholders were so dirty that I did not dare to put a bottle or anything else in it. The truck was making a screaming noise when the engine was cold which got better as the engine warmed up.
