Have the truck full of fuel and have trucks washed and cleaned routinely.
Gregory BI had a pick up time of 8 a.m. confirmed reservation. When I arrived I was told the truck would not be there until 11. Ended up having to pay for extra day!

Hal LThe location was great. We had no issues. HOWEVER, U-Haul, as a company, needs to do better. My account is overdrawn because the full $186 was held on the day we picked up the equipment, but then I was charged again for the actual total of $125. The U-Haul representative said the hold should fall off and be credited back to my account within 3-5 business days, but that does NOTHING for my account because I will have accrued an overdraft fee by then. Since my hold was greater than the final amount due, I should NOT have been charged again. The only time a customer should ever be charged at final drop off is if the total due exceeds the previously held amount. DO BETTER U-HAUL!!
