The inside and outside of the truck was dirty. The check engine light was on and the gas only had 30 miles in it.

The check out was in a timely manner. The employee communicated professionally, effectively and was knowledgeable of job duties. The trucks are newer and drive great and I had a great U-Haul driving experience.
Kausiwa YI will never rent from U-Haul again. I was charged for 8 gallons of gas and a fuel surcharge that was more than the entire rental. Vehicle was driven for 15 miles. There’s no way 8 gallons of gas was used, especially since gas was put back in it. Only had 1/4 of a tank when I got it. Barely under after using it, driving back and putting gas in it at the gas station where the rental was picked up/returned.
