Renters beware! I returned a truck with slightly more fuel according to the gauge and also with 21 MORE miles until empty and they still lied saying I returned it with less fuel and charged me an extra $68 fee. If not for me taking time stamped pictures at pickup and drop off they would have gotten away with scamming me. Even after escalating it to the area field manger through customer service he tried to deny my refund even with the time stamped photos at first. They did finally send me a refund for the bogus $68 duel charge but I will never use this location again and would advise everyone else not to either. Not to mention because it’s at a gas station, so while I’m being helped I have to stop and wait in the middle of the transaction so customers that walk up after me can buy their cigarettes.

The inside and outside of the truck was dirty. The check engine light was on and the gas only had 30 miles in it.
Destiny MThe check out was in a timely manner. The employee communicated professionally, effectively and was knowledgeable of job duties. The trucks are newer and drive great and I had a great U-Haul driving experience.
Kausiwa YI will never rent from U-Haul again. I was charged for 8 gallons of gas and a fuel surcharge that was more than the entire rental. Vehicle was driven for 15 miles. There’s no way 8 gallons of gas was used, especially since gas was put back in it. Only had 1/4 of a tank when I got it. Barely under after using it, driving back and putting gas in it at the gas station where the rental was picked up/returned.
