How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey couldn't get my reservation correct even after I triple checked it and they assured me the equipment would be available at the location I chose. Then, the truck leaked and my boxes were wet when I arrived.
steve cMy name got on this account and I didn’t even rent the truck. My name also got on an account of someone else’s storage unit! It was like pulling teeth to get my name off of those accounts. I strongly advise looking elsewhere
kenny pCheck in for 24/7 service was really difficult, because there was a lot to do on the app that you couldn’t compete until the morning of, and we were on a time crunch to get started on moving.
Steven GThis is a great location and the gentleman who helped us was great. I have rented several U Haul trucks and I am not sure why it is not a policy to make sure the windshields are clean so you can see out of them while driving. This is a safety issue. It should be policy to wipe the insides of the trucks down as well.
