The check out process through the app was terrible. The fact that there was not an actual person to help was so frustrating. And the phone support lady, while being so so nice, was bound by crazy policies that were not customer focused. If you’re going to force people to do things through an app, make it better.

Rita VThere was nothing wrong with the equipment or location. It was not the location or truck I chose. It did not have blankets or a dolly which I requested and paid for. Uhaul scheduling needs to do a lot better. They notified me of the change the day before pickup.
