Well, you can improve the experience for the next customer by NOT allowing your customers to reserve moving equipment at a local location, when the aforementioned equipment is NOT actually available at the local location! I arrived at this location at the appointment time, 10:00 am, to pick up the truck, a furniture dolly, an appliance dolly, and twelve moving blankets. The attendant then informs me that they did not have any of that on hand and ready to go! Naturally I become very irritated at the situation. Luckily this location was able to source all of the equipment that I needed from another location, BUT I wasn't able to pick up the truck and the equipment until after 12:00 pm. So this setback made my moving experience much more difficult than it needed to be.
