There was nothing wrong with the equipment or location. It was not the location or truck I chose. It did not have blankets or a dolly which I requested and paid for. Uhaul scheduling needs to do a lot better. They notified me of the change the day before pickup.

Carole CWas advised 1 day ahead that I woukd have to drive 30min out of my way to pick the truck up and they weren't sure if they would have the dollies I reserved. Did get the dollies however was not compensated for having to drive 50 miles round trip to pick up the truck. Mobile app didnt work for pick up due to location error and wasted 20 min talking to someone for them to tell me to use the website instead that it was a known issue
