Was advised 1 day ahead that I woukd have to drive 30min out of my way to pick the truck up and they weren't sure if they would have the dollies I reserved. Did get the dollies however was not compensated for having to drive 50 miles round trip to pick up the truck. Mobile app didnt work for pick up due to location error and wasted 20 min talking to someone for them to tell me to use the website instead that it was a known issue

ERIC BFIX YOUR STUPID APP!!!!!! A great thanks to the guy I spoke to when I was picking up the truck. He was great. The app was wasting my time not recognizing my location. I was about to pop a gasket when this guy rolled up and said the system knew I already had the truck. I thanked him and went to moving. Because of the app and life and weather, I needed more time. I called a number I found in the app and got a hold of a mostly grumpy lady. It was interesting, but we managed to negotiate an extra hour and a half. When I brought the truck back the app was still being dumb. I called again, the same grumpy lady answered, I started explaining my situation. Without saying anything, she puts me back on hold while I was midsentence. It was great. Finally a nice lady answered and we worked it out. the MOST MADDING part of the whole deal was the stupid app. It could tell exactly where I was if I used the "location" tab at the bottom but the minute I tried to pick-up or -drop-off it gave me a location error.
CURTIS MOriginal pickup was in Richmond. Got a call the day before. Had to drive to Danville instead to get rental then drive to Richmond. Also, I had a dolly reserved and the new pickup location did not have a dolly. Was told to go buy one and then return it.
