The first unit we received had an unpleasant odor from the previous rental that had been returned earlier that day. The location was very accommodating & exchange it. All in all a good experience

Great customer service. Easy rental and return
JEFFREY RI have used this location several times in the past for truck and van rental and have always used the online feature to reserve a unit. This last time I reserved online and the stated per mile charge was listed as $1.09/mile. I picked up the unit and failed to review the contract before leaving. When I returned the unit I was charged at $1.29.mile. It was only then that I reviewed the completed contract and noticed the rate charge as $1.29/mile. My bad for not questioning at time of initial rental but the online website definitely needs to be updated to reflect the new mileage rate.

GREGORY SInstructions on toy hauler vs car hauler. Unform customer that toy hauler does NOT come with tie down straps. Ensure customer understands fuel level return requirements and toy hauler insurance that was charged in the back end at return.
