PURAN SHad absolutely no gas and ran out soon as I drove off rude agent at the desk just threw me the keys and didn't even show me what truck just pointed to it. I had to call my ins to come put gas for me almost caused an accident. The gage isn't working said 44 miles to empty and it died.
SHIRLEY AGuy at the desk was rude. Didn’t greet, didn’t acknowledge. When acknowledged, just slammed his phone down. Had absolutely no customer service skills, made the whole interaction just weird. U haul smelled awful, engine light was on, brakes weren’t working. Overall the experience was one of the worsts. Will not use this location again.
