Booked a 15 foot van for two days . When we went to pick up they said they had no record of booking . We showed them the text and they offered us a 26 foot for three days at Dane two day cost . We returned it actually on the 31 July at 8 .13 pm . Day before it was due . We had been told to put keys in drop box .. which we did. Yesterday we got a return date of Aug 1 at 5.20 pm so they added an extra day on . Not impressed at all . Poor communication and un business like .
