Terrible pick up experience. Had no idea about our reservation, didn’t check drivers license or show us a contract which caused lots of issues upon returning. Also tried to convince us to take trailer with broken lights.

Frank SThis is uhaul #4 in 7 months so im getting good at this now. The drop off location wasnt open so I did an online check in . The app wasnt working properly and asked me the same questions five times in a row-it didnt want any pics attached all, which was different. I wasnt 100% sure the check in had worked. As the app still said my uhaul was active but later that day it did send me a receipt saying 0.00 owing. The receipt also said 0.00 paid (which was incorrect) but it didn't look as if needed anything further from me.
