Both of the employees physically at the drop off and pickup were very friendly and did what they could to help me. My issues with my experiences do not include these employees and are based solely on my overall experience

The cost was different than I was iriginally told. Very slow check in and drop off process.
JAMES HWe could not book online because we could not access the Uhaul website. I think that would have saved some time. Harsh, the young man at the Ilderton location was very helpful, kind and accomodating. A Special Thanks to him!
John pThe only thing was it took a while to complete the paperwork on-site. It might have gone quicker if I had completed it all online beforehand.
Ron SMake sure employees are trained. Took an hour to get the keys to a truck I reserved online as the attendant wasn’t trained.
