The only thing was it took a while to complete the paperwork on-site. It might have gone quicker if I had completed it all online beforehand.

Make sure employees are trained. Took an hour to get the keys to a truck I reserved online as the attendant wasn’t trained.
Dawne GStaff was unhelpful. Wanted $20 to help me hook up trailer
Robert MThis location the employees needs complete training to achieve an excellent service rating for Uhaul. They are trying to serve customers while looking for the knowledge to complete the task. It comes across as unproffessional. This is a great location for drop-offs. The training for Uhaul needs much to be desired and it's frustrating for the employees and customers alike. Uhaul please step in and train the employees to the fullest degree so they can be better at their jobs.
Marie CFurniture pads were not provided. Customer service was very poor! This person seemed to have no idea how to deal with a U-Haul rental despite the majority of the transaction being online. What should have taken two minutes took twenty. I was charged for furniture pads when they were not provided - he argued that I should have asked for them upon pickup…what’s the point of the whole online process if I have to repeat everything when I arrive in-store? You do the whole thing on their online process but this guy doesn’t seem to understand that.
Katy ETerrible experience. Booked Uhaul through the website and when we got to the location - the employee couldn't get everything to work. We had to try and cancel and redo the booking to get it to work. In order to get help, we had to call the customer service line (something that we had to take initiative on vs. the person we were dealing with). Their solution was to try again the next day, even though we had items to be picked up that night. We spent over an hour and a half at that location to try and pick up the truck. We had not taken the insurance on the truck as I had called my insurance company and we were covered with my insurance. The insurance ended up getting on the invoice and the employee wouldn't take it off. Not happy with this experience.
KYLE SThe pick-up location was fine, however, the contract stated the gas tank was full. We thought perhaps there was a problem with the gauge as it was not at full. Upon returning the truck and filling it (as per the contract), it cost $70.00. The truck was used for 57 miles! My husband expressed his disappointment and was told you should have checked with us before leaving. Not the attendant's fault, but when pick-up is at a gas station, the truck should have been filled upon arrival and before being taken out. Lesson learned - check the gas gauge prior to leaving and if in doubt, insist the tank is filled before leaving.
