The first pickup location was moved 30 miles away from the original pick up location and the manager seemed to think we were a new renter that day....even though my wife booked the vehicle 2 days before. Ontop of that there was not the proper truck that my wife booked, she booked a 15 foot van but the one we were forced to use was ony 10 foot so we had to make extra trips as we did not have the proper space in the vehicle, then they changed the drop off place when we were finished.....and we dropped it off one day earlier than we needed it.

I was told one thing by someone on the phone and was told something totally different by the guy in store. I wasn't told anything about a deposit in the quote or on the phone. Ended up costing more money than I was quoted and then I was told they wouldn't take my visa debit card. TOTALLY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GUY.
NORMA MIt just wasn’t a smooth process to drop it off. The guy working there was friendly enough though
MITCHELL VBoth of the employees physically at the drop off and pickup were very friendly and did what they could to help me. My issues with my experiences do not include these employees and are based solely on my overall experience
