GURNAM MPicking up the truck was a nightmare. There was no one at that address. It took over one hour to figure out how to get the key in a lock box: super frustrating. If there was a person there it would have taken 5 minutes. I will never use uhaul again and I don't recommend uhaul to anyone.

Kevin CThe place advertised being open from 0830 to 1630. I dropped the trailer off at 11:10 and there was a sign saying that they would be back at 1230. I tried calling at least 6 times to verify they received the trailer. Their mailbox was full… no answer. I drove back to the location at 1500 and videoed the trailer being there and that the store was still closed. Honestly….. piss poor representation for UHaul
